New Movement for Joints and Lifelong Vitality with Kristin Borquist is a class that will bring health, vitality and ease to your Pilates and to your daily life.  Simple joint-based movement, balance practice, and breath coordinated action greatly expand our range of motion, flexibility, and strengthen the immune system.  The class is fun, and it’s effects are cumulative and practical.  No experience is required!

Kristin Borquist delights in the transformations made possible by expanding our awareness.  Her 20 years of experience in Thai bodywork, tai chi, pilates, dance, and movement education enable her to guide others to their own authentic expression in business, in community, and in personal well-being.  Our bodies are the intelligent vehicles of our perception, the foundation of our abilities to respond to life awake, aware and engaged.
