Rosemary Balsamic Salad Dressing

Why buy pre-made dressing when it takes only five minutes to make your own fresh batch right at home?  Here is a simple yet unbelievably tasty dressing that is worth the extra time.

 

Ingredients:

 

Rosemary Balsamic Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground pepper to taste

Directions:
In a small bowl add vinegar and water and slowly drizzle in the olive oil as you simultaneously whist together. Add mustard, garlic, rosemary, water, salt, and pepper. Blend or magic wand until smooth. Serve or save in fridge for up to one week.
