3 Introductory Pilates Reformer Privates

New clients wishing to join group Pilates Reformer classes are required to complete three introductory privates with one of our experienced instructors.  The purpose of these privates are to familiarize you with moving safely on the equipment and teach you the basic repertoire of exercises.  New clients with previous Reformer experience can request these privates to be waived by contacting us (802)863-9900 or

Pilates Privates

Many clients choose to practice Pilates in a private setting on a consistent basis.  The benefits of individual Pilates sessions are many, including a faster recovery from injury and relief of pain, the ability for the instructor to modify exercises with props to meet your ability level, and lastly, private sessions are the most efficient use of your time.  Senior instructor, Arica Bronz and Lissy Wolf specialize in working with clients who prefer extra attention.


Yoga Therapy Sessions

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment technique that encourages the body to heal itself.  CST enhances the function of the central nervous system by gently encouraging the production and distribution of the cerebrospinal fluid.  The circulation of cerebrospinal fluid nourishes the brain and spinal cord.
