You can park right on flynn avenue before the railroad tracks on the north side of the street. Enter the building directly across from the 2 antique shops at the south entrance.
We are the first studio on the left in the same space with Every Woman PT.
Classes
Free Introduction to Pilates: New clients are welcome to sign up for one free mat class, as well as our free introduction to the Reformer. We will introduce you to the basic repertoire of Pilates exercises, as well as how to sign up for the appropriate session package for your body’s needs.
Saturdays at 10:30 am & the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm –

Beginning/Intermediate Pilates Reformer: A full body workout focusing on proper technique, with an emphasis on precision and mastery of basic principles and repertoire.
All Level: Offers an increased intensity from Beg/Int, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for intermediate/advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.
Intermediate/Advanced Pilates Reformer: Offers an increased intensity from Beg/Int and Mixed Level, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for transitioning intermediate students and advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.
Pilates Reformer w/ Props: Challenges the whole body with exercises on the Reformer and mat. Small props may be utilized, such as, rings, balls, foam rollers, and bands.
Pilates Reformer Jump Board : Have fun in this Reformer class with floating, flying and a little bit of cardio.
Pilates Mat: Non-apparatus class utilizing basic Pilates Principles based the original 34 mat exercises, which challenge balance, endurance, and coordination. Small props may be utilized, such as Therabands, rings, foam rollers, and balls.
Yoga: Heartfelt yoga with a Pilates twist. Combines sound alignment principles, inspiring yoga philosophy, core awareness, and relaxation.
