Our Policies

Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your pilates or yoga class in advance via our online web scheduler, in person, or over the phone.  Please be sure to check your schedule on a regular basis, as our front desk is not able to take responsibility for scheduling regular classes. You may sign up 90 days in advance with a current package on account, or by prepaying for the number of sessions you wish to attend.  If you prefer to pay per visit, you may only sign up for one class at a time.  Every class has a waiting list if you are unable to reserve a spot. You will receive an e-mail, phone call, or text message if a spot becomes available.  Please confirm your attendance, as other clients may be waiting.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully require a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments and classes.  Absentees and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Class Policy

To insure that you receive the greatest benefit from your pilates or yoga class, new clients are required to complete one Introductory Private session before beginning group reformer classes.   Please attend the level of class that your instructor has approved for you.  Stress-free arrivals are encouraged, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early and sign in at the front desk.  We request that you turn your cell phone off, refrain from chewing gum, and from wearing strong scents/perfumes.

For the safety of all, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will not be admitted. Reserved spots that do not show, or show late, may be given to a standby client.
